Kathryn Sullivan

I’ve worked with and within charities for more than 15 years and my specialist area is organisational development.

I understand the challenges of leading an organisation without being on-site, or full-time. I’ve been a trustee myself for 11 years – I don’t mind being hands on and in the thick of things, in fact, I love it.

My favourite part of my work is guiding trustees through governance processes to instil confidence in their own abilities to make great decisions and change the path of their organisations for the better.

I founded MiraGold in 2019 to build on my experience of working across the UK for a national educational organisation. Every team, big or small, needs an external point of view to help shape its journey – MiraGold will provide valuable insights and practical tools to allow each member of that team to flourish.

Educated at Northumbria University, I spent 14 years living in Newcastle and am now based in West Yorkshire with a husband, two small children, a love of all things drama and a lively Cockapoo!
